of Narrows Community
Theater's THESE FOOLISH
THINGS ... an original
play written by NCT's
own, Betty Kash (nee
Healy)
We
welcome you to a very
entertaining and poignant
production that focuses
upon a period of time
in the life of Betty
and the Healy family
who then resided in
Park Slope, Brooklyn
during WWII. This show
will bring back many
memories for those of
you who may have had
family serving in the
Armed Forces. Remember
the Western Union Telegrams
from the War Department
and the Block parties
held in honor of returning
soldiers?
This
show is a wonderful
combination of human
compassion, the love
of family, the joy of
music, and of course,
tears and laughter.
I am certain you will
find it moving and enjoyable
and will want to see
it again.
